Analogue Witchcraft is a collection of loops and sounds I created using some vintage tape machines, an EMS matrix synthesiser and some digital concoctions built in Reaktor and Audio Mulch. The idea was to create a useable sample bank that provided something more than a mere collection of beats and melodies, something with personality.

Studer Mastering Tape Machine - A lot of the sounds were first created on computer using Reaktor and then run through tape to combine the audio mangling possibilities of software with the warmth and character of vintage tape machines.
EMS VC3S Putney - This incredible matrix synth was hours of fun. By placing various pins in the matrix you connect different parts of the synth together, often creating amazingly weird sounds.
Native Instruments Reaktor - I used various, customised plugins and instruments built with Reaktor, a modular software environment perfect for pushing the limits of sound design and music.
